The job

This is the perfect role for you if:

  • Music is your passion

  • You have excellent communication skills and you would enjoy to support the Premium users of one of the biggest companies, providing legal music streaming service
  • You prefer to communicate with customer via email or live chat

We ask

  • Excellent language skills both in Dutch and English (C1 level) 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills 
  • Motivation for development 
  • Previous customer support experience will be considered a plus
